CenterPoint Payroll features tools to handle the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Reporting. This function within CenterPoint Payroll allows employers to track and report required ACA information for tax filing purposes. The ACA Reporting is included within CenterPoint as a standard feature. Please note that Red Wing Windows Payroll Users who need to handle ACA Reporting are highly encouraged to migrate to CenterPoint Payroll, as ACA Reporting will not be available within Red Wing Windows Payroll. Due to popular demand, customers are able to sign up for classroom training sessions online! Simply go to our web site and from the top menu select Training and then select Classroom Training, choose the name of the Classroom Training session you are interested in, and then click Register on the lower left-hand side of the page. (Note: If you are signed in before performing these steps, your customer information will automatically appear during the registration process.)

Did You Know? Customers Can Access Activation Codes Online.

You can access all of your activation codes and/or registration codes online. Just sign in at www.redwingsoftware.com, click on My RWS in the upper right, click on the My Products tab, and you will be able to view all of the products you use, along with each of their activation/registration codes.

On another note, up to 96% of support calls to Red Wing Software are taken directly from our automated phone system, meaning those customers reached support directly, rather than waiting for a call back. To access the number for your own specific product and access the technicians directly, sign in to the web site, click on My RWS in the upper right, and you will see your support telephone number on the lower left.

Did You Know?

All of our CenterPoint products are currently compatible with the Windows® 10 pre-release versions and will be compatible with the final released versions of Windows 10 when available late July, 2015. Our legacy products are being verified and the compatibility chart on our web site will be updated. Check the compatibility chart for more information closer to the Windows 10 release date.

Affordable Care Act (ACA) Reporting for CenterPoint Payroll

Red Wing Software has released a new feature with CenterPoint Payroll that allows employers to track and report required ACA information for tax filing purposes.

The new feature allows employers to track ACA information so it will appear on forms 1094-C and 1095-C. Current CenterPoint Payroll users can now download and install the newest version, 9.18, even though the final versions of forms 1094-C and 1095-C will not be available until the week of December 21, 2015, when Red Wing Software releases the end-of-year tax forms and tax table updates. Customers will automatically be prompted to perform an update when the forms are ready.
