Course Description
Morning
Learn how CenterPoint Payroll integrates with CenterPoint Accounting. Learn how to maintain the setup of employers, employees, earnings, deduction and taxes. The class will examine the setup and use of vacation and sick leave. Discussion of everything you need to know to setup direct deposit.
Afternoon
We'll take you through the details of time-entry, payroll processing and posting entries to CenterPoint Accounting. We'll teach you how to use the option for an alternate language check stub. There will be a discussion of all the payroll reports available and how to take advantage of them. CenterPoint Payroll includes an export to a tax forms package to allow printing and electronic submission of payroll tax forms including W2's. We will learn how to process, review and edit these forms as well.
