Red Wing Software is looking for an energetic professional to join our Accounting Software Support team. Since 1979, Red Wing Software has provided excellent support to its nationwide base of software customers. This person will help carry on the legacy by providing excellent support and training to end users of Red Wing Software accounting and payroll software products. You’ll be talking to people from businesses, nonprofits, agri-businesses, municipal organizations, and more. No day is ever the same. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems that are received through the software support help desk. Help customers install and/or troubleshoot installations. Promptly respond to customer requests for assistance and answer questions regarding proper usage of Red Wing Software products. Assistance is done primarily over the phone from the Red Wing, MN location. Testing of new software and software updates are done in conjunction with the QA department.
