Red Wing Software is seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist who enjoys providing quality software support, extraordinary customer service, and training to end users of Red Wing Software accounting and payroll software products. Assistance is done primarily over the phone from our Red Wing, MN location. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. The ideal candidate may occasionally travel to customer sites located throughout the U.S. and provide on-site training.
