Red Wing Software is seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist. Responsibilities include providing quality software support, extraordinary customer service, and training to end users of Red Wing Software products. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems that are received through the technical support help desk. Hours of position are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Ideal candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task, excellent customer service and communication skills, working knowledge of computers, Windows operating systems, accounting or payroll software, Microsoft Office products and the internet.
