Instructions for Download

1. Click the Download Now button to start the download process.
2. You will be prompted to run the file or save it to your computer. Click Run to begin the download.
3. Once the installation is complete, you will be able to use the Remote Desktop Support tool when directed to do so by a Red Wing Software Support technician.
