On Friday, February 13, 2009, the new economic stimulus law, The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, was approved. In accordance with this Act, tax changes are being made and will need to be implemented by businesses like yours. All Red Wing Software customers using payroll products will be notified of updates in a timely manner. For the current Federal withholding tables, updates will be available by the middle of March, well before the due date of April 1st, 2009. As changes are made in the future, we will notify our customers and make those updates available as well.
