Employee Spotlight - Allison Eisbach

My name is Allison Eisbach, and I am an Accounting Support Specialist at Red Wing Software. I have been with the company for three years. I am from Red Wing, Minnesota but currently reside in Tomah, Wisconsin. I am hoping to purchase a home and make it back to the Red Wing area soon. I am a bartender at Hay Creek Saloon and Campground on the side and a mom to not human babies but pets. I currently have three horses: Jetta (Black Morgan; 16), Ramzi (Bay Arabian; 9), and Bella (Grey Quarter Horse; 18), two Great Danes: Axel (Dark Fawn Mantle) and Oakley (Light Fawn Mantle) they are brothers and will be a year old on December 2nd, three cats: Daffy (white and grey medium hair), Minnie (tan/champagne medium hair), and Mittens (grey domestic; he has five toes), and last but not least I have a three-year-old piebald python snake. I have my own little zoo!
In my spare time, when I am not working or caring for my pets, I enjoy pulling out my horse trailer and going for a trail ride or heading to a barrel race. When I’m not riding my horses, I will spend a couple of summer nights a week playing sand volleyball. Once winter comes around, I start bowling league (I average currently around 180). If I ever find a spare minute, I will pull out one of my two motorcycles and take a spin down some backroads to enjoy the wind in my face and the crisp air. I am a busy bee and am incapable of sitting still, so you will hardly ever catch me doing nothing. I always find something to do or work on… life is a never-ending task.
I hope you are having a wonderful year and want to say thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me.

Notes From the President

Ken Hilton - President Red Wing Software

Every day, we all make important decisions that affect how our business will operate, and those decisions determine the path we want the business to follow. The same holds true for our local, state, and national elections. You can determine your community, region, and country’s direction by exercising your right and responsibility to vote. (I exercised my right early as I will not be in the area on election day.)
These decisions can be difficult because of all the confusing messages we hear, but we need to sift through the noise and try to get to the facts. (I wish there were a way to turn off the election noise for people that have already voted.) We must look past the bumper sticker messages and look at the underlying philosophy of the candidates. What direction do they want to take the community, country, and world? We need to ignore the pundits that try to tell us what a candidate means from their perspective. After an interview, speech, or debate, one way to do this is to change the channel to something non-political and decide for yourself whether the candidate is the kind of leader you would like to see guiding their respective geographic area.
Remember, whether your candidate wins their race, or the opposition comes out victorious, know that you will get another chance to vote in two more years. However things turn out, there is no better place in the world to call home.
