Guaranteed Response Times
Guaranteed response times are available for calls received from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST Monday through Friday. Response times are not guaranteed during holidays, storm closures, or in the case of planned company events. Red Wing Software guarantees responses to initial call. Our inability to contact a customer within the guaranteed period because the customer is busy, on another line or out of the office, does not constitute Red Wing's non-compliance with the guarantee. Response times are guaranteed for the next available support specialist.
Software Updates
Changes in tax law, business practice or your operating environment may cause your system to need changing. Red Wing Software cannot guarantee these changes will be reflected in future software releases.
