CPE Credits
Red Wing Software, Inc. is registered with NASBA National Registry of CPE Sponsors:
CPE credits are awarded for Red Wing Software, Inc. seminars. A fifty minute hour
equals one CPE credit. Each seminar earns CPE credits of: TurningPoint = 16; CenterPoint
= 16; CenterPoint Payroll=8; Red Wing Payroll = 8. The delivery method is group-live.
The program level is intermediate. Prerequisites: Basic computer skills; basic knowledge
of accounting principals and practices. Advanced Preparation: installation and basic
exposure to software.
Red Wing Software, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards
of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the
National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority
on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered
sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Avenue

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 10 or more days prior to a scheduled
class are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received with less
than 10 days notice are non-refundable. However, the class may be rescheduled within
one year of the cancellation date and subject only to the $50.00 administrative
fee.
Red Wing Software reserves the right to cancel any class. If such a cancellation
is necessary, registrants will be notified and an attempt made to reschedule or
make alternate arrangements (Professional Services, Webinar, etc.). Registrants
will receive a full refund of the class fee; but Red Wing Software is not responsible
for other costs incurred.
Substitutions may be made anytime before the start of class.
