Instructions for Download:

Click the blue highlighted link below to start the download process.
You will be prompted to open the file from its current location or save it to your computer. Click Save to save the file.
On the Save as screen, select Desktop as the destination (recommended). Click Save.
This will begin the download to your Desktop.
After the download is complete, close your Web browser and double-click the downloaded file from your Desktop.
Follow the instructions on the installation screens to complete the install.
