As a business, you work with plenty of different companies. When you submit feedback to vendors, what happens with your ideas and comments? Are they considered or thrown to the side?

Red Wing Software records ideas and suggestions given to us by customers. Each one is entered into a database and sorted by subject. We read every one of the comments when we create the updates for Red Wing Software accounting software and payroll software products.

When it comes time to improve our software, we prioritize customer feedback by the most requested and impactful. Customer comments are what we use to shape and improve our products. 100%.

Customer Care Membership with Red Wing Software gives customers a comprehensive package of benefits for using its accounting and payroll software products. Included in Customer Care Membership are unlimited phone and e-mail support, product version updates and enhancements, and of course tax table updates. Once customers try Customer Care Membership, a large percentage of them see the value and renew each year. (January 2013 renewal rate=89.75 %.)

Have you ever called a service department and, after tirelessly choosing numerical options and being redirected, reaching somebody who cannot answer your question(s)? We’ve all been there. It is not a pleasant experience.

If you are a Red Wing Software customer, then you have probably worked with our support team at some point. We pride ourselves on having a support team that is knowledgeable and helpful. I just checked and found out that the average years of experience within our support team is a whopping 13 years. So, when you call in with a question or problem, we’ve got an experienced team ready and waiting to help you!
